Nia Parratt

Nia started her career in recruitment within an executive search firm based in Marlow where she gained a great deal of recruitment knowledge. After working at Aspen, she moved to Marc Daniels working under our Director Daniel Ellis- Bland as a resourcer and candidate manager handling all the compliance for both candidates and clients.

After Marc Daniels Nia moved into the Engineering, Automation and Aviation sector working with individuals at all levels as an Operations Assistant.  Nia spent a lot of time ensuring all the compliance was up to standard and guaranteeing we placed the best talent into the clients projects. Nia has now come across to Damicor with Daniel, to work as an Operations Manager. She’s looking forward to making a difference in the Engineering, Automation and Aviation sector again.

Nia has a keen eye for organisation and operations to ensure the office is running as efficiently as possible.

In Nia’s spare time, she enjoys seeking out the best new local restaurants and bars so she’s your go to lady if you’re looking for a great recommendation!
