Georgia brings 6 years of recruitment experience specialising in sourcing top talent within the Construction and Information Technology sectors. She began her career in an agency environment, focusing on both contract and permanent roles, before transitioning to an in-house recruitment position. There, she expanded her expertise to hire for diverse sectors, including Retail, Public Sector, Security, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

She enjoys meeting and building strong relationships with both clients and senior stakeholders. She is particularly skilled at creating a personalised and transparent recruitment experience for candidates, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.

Georgia is now looking to expand her network within the construction and engineering sectors to help elevate Damicor’s client and candidate base. With her extensive experience in recruitment, she aims to build stronger relationships and forge new connections that will benefit both clients and candidates.

In her spare time Georgia enjoys socialising with family and friends, going for long walks with her dog and going away on holiday with her husband and family.
