Daniel Ellis–Bland

The co-founder and Managing Director of the Damicor Group, Daniel has worked in the recruitment sector for over 20 years. Starting his career with a global recruitment firm, he rapidly progressed to become a Regional Manager across the Thames Valley region. This experience equipped Daniel to proceed in co-founding his first recruitment business, which he grew to a team of 15 and one of the most reputable firms in the Southeast. Identifying a gap in the market, Daniel opted for a move into the Aviation and Automation sector and exited his previous business. As part of the Senior Management Team in his new venture, he quickly secured accounts with many leading players in these markets and gained first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing employers in this market.

The Damicor Group was founded shortly after, with the aim to provide a higher level of service to employers in our sectors and be seen as an extension of our clients. A true trusted business partner.
