Matt began his career as a qualified electrician, where he developed strong electrical knowledge alongside excellent communication skills. Through hands-on industry experience, he gained a clear understanding of the challenges faced on-site, giving him a practical and well-rounded perspective.

He has since transitioned into recruitment, where he combines his technical background with a passion for working with people. Matt enjoys building long-lasting relationships and supporting both clients and candidates with informed, industry-led insight.

Now working at Damicor, he is looking to further enhance his role by incorporating technical support, using his real-world experience to add value and deliver a more consultative service.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
