I’m excited to announce the launch of a new business, Damicor Group. Spearheaded by Founder, Daniel Ellis-Bland, Damicor will focus on the aviation, automation, and manufacturing sectors on an international scale.

• Daniel brings a wealth of experience from the recruitment industry, where he was the Regional Manager at Hays, where not only did he develop an excellent team, but also won and managed some key national clients for the group.

• On leaving Hays, he Became co-founder of Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment, specialising in Accountancy & Finance Recruitment across the South East of England, expanding the team to a headcount of 15+, with a turnover of £5m and profits of £800k.

• Daniel identified a niche market within the aviation and automation industry when he joined MJM Industrial and offered clients mechanical & electrical engineering services.

• He has impressively billed in excess of £2.4m in sales in last 24 months with £800k net fee income

What essentially stood out about Daniel was his vision to develop a unified culture within his team. With a talented and sector experienced team already secured, and with the support of myself and the group I look forward to the Damicor Group becoming the go-to specialist in the aviation, automation and manufacturing space, and want to wish Daniel the best of success in his new business with me.
